Born and raised in Germany, I’ve been living in Mexico for more than 20 years. I’m a practitioner of Structural Integration/Rolfing and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), offering my services at Sayulita Holistic Bodywork.

I planted the entire garden myself – every tree, every flower. It’s been a labor of love creating this peaceful oasis for my guests to enjoy.

Living in Sayulita has changed my life in ways I never expected. I’m passionate about sharing this magical place with travelers who appreciate tranquility, nature, and authentic Mexican culture.
